Abstract

There are only two ways to improve profit that has dropped due to the economyﾅIncrease Incomeﾅand/or Cut Costs. Increasing income is more difficult in a bad economy. People arenﾒt buying as much. That puts a lot of focus on reducing costs. The biggest cost at almost every company is laborﾅthus the reason that around 600,000 people per month are currently losing their jobs in the United States. Reducing the cost of water treatment other than by losing jobs is the ideal. This article discusses cost reduction areas and opportunities and provides some tips.
