Semiconductor equipment makers post almost $2 billion in February billings

MILPITAS, Calif.—North American-based manufacturers of semiconductor equipment posted $1.97 billion in worldwide billings for February, the Equipment Market Data Subscription (EMDS) Billings Report reported.
